The Inspiration Behind The Michelle-Lee
When my daughter was preparing to move off-campus, I experienced firsthand the anxiety and frustration that comes with finding suitable student housing. The options were either uninspiring, poorly maintained, or lacking the basic security measures that give a parent peace of mind.
I realized there was a massive gap in the market. Students wanted independence and style, while parents needed assurance and safety.
That realization birthed The Michelle-Lee. We are more than just an apartment building; we are a collegiate luxury co-living experience. Every detail, from the secured private bedrooms to the beautifully curated shared spaces, has been designed with both the student and the parent in mind.
